PLEASE ALWAYS KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR PAYMENT.

Please pay the deposit for the accommodation ($100), your kit(s) and sign up for the Goodie Bag(s).

The payment for your bed linen and the remainder of the accommodation will be put up on the website after the deposit deadline of 28 November has passed. At this stage we are just asking for your preferences.

We have a very limited number of single rooms and they cannot be guaranteed. Priority for these and for the weekend will go to those doing the projects but if you wish to come and do a UFO, places will be allocated once the number of project participants is known. If you want to do a UFO, please go ahead and pay your deposit for the accommodation. If we are oversubscribed, we will refund it.

To find out more about the weekend, click on the link in the VAME newsletters or go to the 'What's New' page on this website.

Please note: the deadline for the Goodie Bag participants will be the same as the deposit deadline of 28 November in order to give participants an opportunity to make them over the summer break.

This weekend is for VAME members only. If you would like to join us, please add the membership to your shopping basket.

If you are not coming to the weekend and would like to purchase a kit only, or if you would like to order extra kits, please go to our 'kit only' page. (please note, VAME members only)
