BASKET Weaving Workshop with Lidi Stroud
(FOR VAME MEMBERS ONLY)
Lidi is a world-wide renowned miniature basketry artisan who sells her beautiful wares internationally, as well as teaching within Australia and at the IGMA Guild School annually. VAME is incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to host two different basket workshops with Lidi in August 2024.
The workshops will be run for a minimum of 6 students and a maximum of 12.
Bookings are available for VAME members only.

No deposit should be paid without prior confirmation from Andrea that you are booked into the workshop.
The workshops will be run at the Mount Waverley Community Centre and Youth Centre from 9am until 5pm on the following dates:
Market basket:
One day
$120 ($30 VAME subsidy) Hence students will pay $90
Monday, 26 August
Ribbed lidded picnic basket:
Intense 2 very full days
$175 ($50 VAME subsidy) Hence students will pay $125
Monday, 19 August and Tuesday, 20 August (Workshop 1)
Friday, 23 August and Saturday, 24 August (Workshop 2)
(Please note that the Saturday will coincide with our regular monthly VAME workshop, but in a separate room.)
A 50% deposit will be payable by 1 Jun. This will be forfeited if you do not turn up on the day. Please bring the balance remaining in cash on the FIRST day of the workshop.
