DEAR VAME MEMBER,

We are very excited to announce that the 2026 VAME Weekend will go ahead as we have over 40 members coming.

Single rooms and UFOs are now confirmed.

At this stage we have only dorm rooms and one twin/triple share bed available.

The dorms are very comfortable with 8 lower beds in each with 3 showers and toilets

Accommodation costs are:

3+ to a room/dorm $319

2 to a room $352

Single rooms $385

Bedding costs are $77 SB or $88 DB.

VAME will continue to supplement the cost by paying the cleaning fee.

Balance payments are now on the website and need to be paid by 7 March 2026 which is the VAME March workshop.

Please note that the Goodie Bag option is no longer available.

We pay the Lyrebird invoice 2 weeks prior to the weekend so no refunds are possible after that date.
