How exciting, our 2026 VAME weekend is ahead !

Dates: 29th - 31st of May 2026

Where: Lyrebird Park, Yellingbo

At this stage, we would like to ask you to pay a deposit to secure your spot. The single rooms will be allocated on a 'first come, first serve' basis.

UFO: We would like to encourage all VAME members to support our tutors and participate in the projects.

If you would like to come as a UFO, please take into account that members who are participating in the projects take priority (e.g bed rooms) and that your spot can only be confirmed after our deposit deadline has passed.

Your deposit needs to be paid by 29 November 2025.

The balance of the payment for your accommodation will need to be paid by

March 2026 (VAME workshop)
